What is bandwidth?
Bandwidth is amount of data transferred to and from a webhosting account. The most common examples of data transfer are:
- Files and images being requested by your visitor's web browsers.
- Files transferred to and from your domain using an FTP program.
- Email messages received and sent from your domain.
Bandwidth is renewed monthly and monitored every 24 hours. Our hosting accounts provide a very generous amount of bandwidth for your domains... more than most web hosts provide for the same size accounts!

Re:
To keep it short and simple, bandwidth in this case is the upload and download speed of your internet connection. The more bandwidth, the faster your internet connection is.
Re:
Simply, bandwidth is the amount of traffic that is allowed to occur between your web site and the rest of the internet. The amount of bandwidth a hosting company can provide is determined by their network connections, both internal to their data center and external to the public Internet.
